BreizhGo Océane supports a charitable project against cancer

Compagnie Océane supports the second edition of the charity dinner organized by the restaurant Le Cinquante in partnership with Jean-Paul Abadie, former two-star chef of L’Amphitryon in Lorient, in aid of the association La Marche des Étoiles against cancer.
A gourmet dinner in Groix
Building on the success of the previous edition, this gastronomic event will take place this year in the new venue at Port Lay, on Wednesday, February 28th starting at 7:30 PM. The menu, crafted by the talented Jean-Paul Abadie, features four land-and-sea-inspired dishes:
Mussels from Groix, Foie Gras, and Dubarry Cream
Scallop and Truffle Club Sandwich
Lamb from Groix, slow-cooked for 7 hours
My Wonderful Mandarin
Food and wine pairing is available for €70.
A Symphony of Music
In addition to delighting your taste buds, Le Cinquante offers an exceptional musical evening featuring Christophe Collette, first violinist of the Quatuor Debussy. Following his brilliant performance at the Grand Théâtre de Lorient last December, and before returning to the stage on April 20th, he will interpret works by Mozart, Verdi, and Piazzolla, accompanied by the Groix Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Laura Morales and Emile Delange, along with the Lorient Conservatory, represented by Estelle Hiron and Emmanuelle Lamarre.

Compagnie Océane supports social and solidarity-based initiatives organized on the islands of Morbihan throughout the year. We are proud to contribute to this event by offering free ferry crossings to both the musicians and the chefs.
