The commercial materials have been redesigned
05 January 2023
Committed to preserving the islands we serve and mindful of today’s ecological challenges, we aim to carry out our maritime transport mission while adopting a more environmentally responsible approach, in line with our passengers’ needs.
We have redesigned our commercial materials to improve their usefulness and reduce paper waste.
Thanks to surveys conducted in 2022 among regular passengers, customer service representatives, and tourist offices in direct contact with travelers, we have optimized all our existing materials:
The timetable guide, introduced last year for island residents and subscribers, was a great success. However, the schedule tables have been optimized this year to better suit a wider audience. They will be available at maritime stations from Wednesday, January 10, 2023;
The commercial brochures have been redesigned in a simplified 4-page format, containing essential information. This format is better suited for vendors and aligned with the needs of occasional travelers. They will be available in maritime stations at the end of January and then distributed to our vendors in the following weeks.
To complement our printed materials, we are continuously working to improve our digital tools to facilitate access to travel information and the booking of crossings.
While waiting for the printed versions of fares and schedules, you can consult them directly on our website.
